PLUMO

Created at Rivyl, Plumo is the rebrand of Platinum Health Supply, an Australian-owned and operated company providing a complete ecosystem of care-focused products and services for NDIS participants and home carers.

I worked on the brand and identity design, helping transform the business from a traditional healthcare supplier into a modern, approachable brand that reflects warmth, optimism, and trust. The new visual identity introduces a softer, more human tone through colour, typography, and illustration, making the brand feel inclusive and empowering for a new generation of carers and participants.

The result is a contemporary identity that brings clarity and connection to the Plumo experience, positioning it as a progressive leader in the care and wellbeing space.
